Register Online – Create Account

This form allows you to register with TCS in Minnesota*, pay online and create an account at the website. In order to submit your entries, fill in all required fields denoted by a red asterisk:

*This registers you for local Minnesota programming. This does not register you for SUA (Slovenian Union of America). Do not use this form if you only intend to register for SUA national membership.

1. Annual Donation Type – select either Individual or Family
2. First Name and Last Name (Your name only. You can add other family members later in the form)
3. Email – also type your email address in the ‘Confirm Email’ field
4. Password – create one, and enter the created one again in the ‘Confirm Password’ field
5. Donation – fill in any amount you choose. Credit card fields pop up as soon as you enter an amount.
